Netware is a Banking Software Development Company for Co operative society software.

We are looking for a React Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications with an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of React, modern JavaScript, and frontend architecture, and be comfortable working closely with backend, UX, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components
• Build state-driven applications using Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful / GraphQL APIs
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and frontend architecture discussions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with React.js
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid
• Familiarity with component-based architecture
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Experience with Git and version control

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
