Netware is a Banking Software Development Company for Co operative society software.

We are looking for a Python Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience with Python frameworks, and a solid understanding of databases and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Integrate applications with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussion

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM)
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of unit testing (PyTest, unittest)

Need to have good skill with PL SQL as well.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
