As a Laboratory Analyst, your role will involve performing daily analyses with accuracy and precision under the guidance of senior staff or management. You will be responsible for identifying any issues that may arise during the process and promptly notifying the relevant authorities. It is crucial to adhere to established standard operating procedures diligently to ensure reliable results. Your role will also require you to showcase flexibility, independence, and technical proficiency across multiple technical areas. Key Responsibilities: - Meet assigned productivity and quality targets consistently - Adhere to safety and environmental policies and procedures - Conduct materials shelf life and compatibility testing efficiently - Maintain effective communication with team members through verbal and written channels - Provide supervision to apprentices and trainees - Perform routine instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to uphold efficiency and data accuracy Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred - Proficiency in analytical techniques and procedures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the laboratory environment.
