Full job description Job Title: Chemist – R&D / Production Location: Plot no 1/4, A-1, Next to CETP, Phase-1, GIDC, Vapi- Gujarat-396195 Department: R&D / Production Experience: 1–3 Years Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Chemist with hands-on experience in Research & Development (R&D) or Production in a manufacturing . The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of R&D instruments and production processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Prepare and maintain analytical records, reports, and documentation. Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments such as pH meter, spectrophotometer, titration setup, etc. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Support production team in process monitoring, chemical dosing, and batch preparation. Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in lab/production area. Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Regular course). 1–3 years of experience in R&D or Production in a chemical / pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry. Knowledge of documentation, ISO / GMP practices preferred. Willing to work in shifts and under process plant environment.
