R&D Chemist

As a Polymer and Plastic Formulation Assistant, your role will involve assisting in the development and testing of new polymer and plastic additive formulations. This includes conducting laboratory experiments, sample preparations, and performance evaluations. You will be responsible for recording and analyzing experimental data under the guidance of senior chemists. Additionally, you will support product improvement and application testing projects while maintaining laboratory equipment, safety, and cleanliness according to standard protocols. Furthermore, you will prepare reports, labels, and documentation for trials and test results. Your qualifications and skills for this position should ideally include a B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering. Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in the polymer/plastics/additives industry are encouraged to apply. A basic understanding of polymer chemistry, additives, and lab testing procedures is essential. Good analytical, observation, and documentation skills are also required, along with enthusiasm to learn and grow in a technical R&D environment.
