Job Title: RCS Product Manager Location: Pune Or Bangalore Job Descriptor: At Tata Communications, our mission is to power the future of communications. With our rapid scale we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead our RCS CPaaS product line, one of our most strategic product lines. The Senior Manager, Product Management owns the customer success of the RCS CPaaS product. You will direct the product team s activities, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, among others, to fuel customer growth, new customer acquisition and launch new product capabilities to unlock new markets. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap that delivers products and features that will help drive revenue growth. Collaborate with customers to define new product capabilities and solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, finance, and engineering) to identify accurate go-to-market strategies which include product plans and pricing frameworks. Seek out unique points of view to deliver products that reflect the global population and make communication more inclusive for all. Interface with Product Marketing to create positioning, key benefits, and value proposition. Strategic/critical thinker who is able to influence and drive product direction across the organization. Key Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience within product management and go-to-market teams. 3+ years of experience managing RCS-based messaging products, Google RBM relationship management, and Google RBM roadmap alignment. Experience working with global teams in a high-growth technology company. Proven experience building and launching complex products at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs. Highly analytical skills with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implications. Experience with meeting (and exceeding) business targets such as revenue, pipeline, profitability, and growth. Detail-orientation with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans. Show more Show less
