Job Description

Role: RCM Trainer

Location: Noida & Gurugram

Qual: Bachelors Degree Mandatory

Exp: Overall relevant 3 Plus Years Exp into Revenue Cycle Management and 2yr minimum into Training in RCM

Shift: 6:30PM to 3:30AM or 9:30PM to 6:30AM (Flexible with Shift)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery- facilitate training courses based on developed curriculum. Conducting training for new hire and existing collectors by engaging in new hire training, upskilling, refresher training, orientations etc.
  • Learner Performance Management- Manage classroom performance and behavior in coordination with learners leader
  • Learner Support- Pre and Post Training support as required to support training prerequisites and on the job training/support follow-up post training
  • Training Content Contribution- contributes to curriculum development and process updates related to developed curriculum
  • Deliver training using multiple mediums classroom, webinar, blended learning approaches
  • Create, track and maintain batch performance related reports and database
  • BQ performance management
  • Process related calibration with QA, Ops and other required team
  • Coaching and mentoring new learners

Detailed Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Conduct training for newly hired operational team members on core systems, processes, and applications
  • Provide training on culture and values aligned with Our United Culture
  • Deliver continuing education, up skill, and performance improvement training as necessary

Training Preparation, Development, and Follow up

  • Provide feedback to trainees and Operations Managers regarding class progress, areas of strength and areas of improvement
  • May enroll and grant credit in Learning Management System for courses administered
  • Maintain expertise as needed in functional areas supported
  • Plan, prepare and teach back new material prior to class start (side by sides, self-study, and live practice)
  • Conduct applicable training survey log in labs and applicable deliverable per batch management
  • Provide on the OJT/Ramp support follow-up post training

Required:

  • Graduation (college degree)
  • Work experience- minimum 5-7 years in hospital billing- AR (follow-ups/denials)
  • Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience in training in classroom, webinar and blended learning environments
  • Excellent communication- verbal and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Virtual Training Platform- Teams
  • RTO- 100%
  • Shift- evening/night

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering training in a business operation, corporate, or production driven environment
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management services
  • Experience utilizing adult learning principles to deliver training in a corporate environment
  • Preferred- Acute specialty, MS4/EPIC/STAR Invision, eFR, Appeal writing
  • Agility in adapting to adult learning styles and interactive delivery methods
