About the Role

RCM Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training on end-to-end

  Revenue Cycle Management

  processes.
• Deliver modules on

  AR Calling, Medical Billing, Eligibility & Benefits, Denials, Claims Processing, Payment Posting

  , and related topics.
• Create and present effective training materials, SOPs, assessments, and assignments.
• Train new joiners and upskill existing employees as required.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to align training content with business needs.
• Ensure training completion within project timelines and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  35 years

  of experience in

  RCM Training

  or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design training programs and deliver sessions both online and in-person.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to complete training deliverables within strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior freelance or contract training experience.
• Exposure to multiple RCM domains (AR Calling, Billing, Coding, Posting, etc.).
• Experience in curriculum creation or process documentation.

Project Duration

• 1 Month December 2025

• Flexible schedule; may involve in-office sessions.
