No of VacanciesReports toRegional Credit ManagerIs a Team leaderYTeam Size2 to 5GradeBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentRetail CreditSub-DepartmentRural CreditLocationAbout Rural CreditRural Lending is a part of Retail Credit and caters to all ficial needs of the Rural Clientele including Farming community, Farm Mechanization ie Tractor & Harvestor, Traders & Processors mostly based out of Rural & Semi Urban areas along with the credit needs of the industries dependent on the Agriculture /allied activities and MSME businesses based in rural areas, and Micro Fice, which is Lending to economically active poor Women under Joint Liability GroupAbouttheRoleThe Area Credit Manager manages the credit activities and processes of the Rural Credit vertical for the designated Credit areas The Area Credit Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of the Credit appraisal activities and ensures adherence to the processes designed by the bankUnderwriting of Farmer Funding Loans within the framework of the Policy ParametersReview of the credit proposals by providing quick insight as a part of the sanctioning authority and by ensuring adherence to the standard processAdhering to defined Turn Around Time & Audit compliancesEnsure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency and build portfolio of expected qualityGather market intelligence with other ficial institutions and entities to understand the market dynamics and risk trends, and to use necessary information for taking credit decisionsManage the relationship with various functions and departments within the bank to ensure collaboration and alignment to organizational objectivesQualifications DesiredGraduation/ Post- Graduation / Post Graduate in Agri business Management (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized instituteRole ProficienciesKnowledge of credit, preferably Farmer Funding industry and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
