RB-LS:Service RM - Corporate Salary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Service RM - Corporate Salary in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase business opportunities
• Manage existing corporate customer relationships to enhance depth and growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business and revenue
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry
• Grow and cross-sell to mapped relationships, ensuring BDE incentives are met

• Graduate or MBA with less than 10 years of experience, preferably with an MBA and minimum 3 years of experience
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Demonstrate excellent lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team, with high sales orientation to consistently meet targets
• Exhibit good presentation skills and high standards of integrity, along with market and competition knowledge
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth

The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank The department drives business from 2700+ branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business to increase the retail book of the bank
