RB-LS:Relationship Manager - TASC

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the BFSI sector, with a strong background in liability sales and relationship management

• Acquire key TASC customers through collaboration with Cluster/Circle Head TASC and Branch Head
• Develop and nurture trust relationships with major clients
• Expand existing customer relationships by offering solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly

• Graduation or Post-Graduation degree, preferably MBA in Marketing
• NCFM and AMFI Certifications are advantageous
• Possess knowledge of banking products and services
• Demonstrate good communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
