RB-LS:Cluster Sales Manager - RFR

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience driving sales targets for retail fee products, with a strong background in sales and marketing

• Drive targeted product mix and persistency for insurance products to enhance profitability
• Develop synergies between different verticals to complement each other's business
• Build relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance partners and referral agents
• Identify new business opportunities from within and outside the bank
• Manage various stakeholders and handle pressure to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and relationship managers, to achieve business goals

• Education: MBA preferred, with a minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in sales and marketing
• Certification: CCFE (Certificate Course in Foreign Exchange Operations), SP Certification & EUIN Certification is preferred
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Demonstrate good operational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of retail fee products, including forex, life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, axis direct, national pension scheme, pms, aif, and government schemes
