RB - Affluent Business:Relationship Manager - NRI

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Affluent Business division The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in wealth management, personal banking, or business lending solutions

• Provide ficial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement activities
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, and overseas branches
• Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank

• Graduation from a recognized institute
• AMFI and NCFM certifications are preferred
• Possess knowledge of banking products and services
• Demonstrate the ability to manage complex client situations
• Exhibit good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Be able to multitask, adapt, and respond to evolving customer and organizational needs
• Have good networking and relationship-building skills
