RB - Affluent Business:Relationship Manager - NRI

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Affluent Business division, focusing on NRI clients The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in wealth management, personal banking, or business lending solutions

• Provide ficial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement activities
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, and overseas branches
• Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank

• Graduation from a recognized institute
• AMFI and NCFM certifications are preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services is essential
• Ability to manage complex client situations and provide sound ficial advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Multitasking, adaptability, and responsiveness towards evolving customer and organizational needs
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and problem-solving
