Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quotation Executive to prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with vendors/customers, and support the sales team in closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotations as per client requirements within the given timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to get cost inputs.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and conditions before submitting quotations.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and maintain quotation records.
• Support the sales team in negotiations and order finalization.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and pricing policies.
• Generate reports related to quotations, conversions, and pending proposals.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quotation/tendering/sales support roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific pricing (if applicable).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
