Urgent Hiring for Quick Commerce & Modern Trade Executive

Develop strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders to drive favorable negotiations and business terms.

• Ensure product assortment, stock availability, and visibility across all assigned platforms and retail stores.
• Execute promotional plans, schemes, and visibility activities as per monthly and quarterly plans.
• Track sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Monitor competitor pricing, offers, merchandising, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Oversee planogram adherence and in-store merchandising (offline MT stores), ensuring compliance.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs: fill rates, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), listing timelines, and SLA metrics.
• Manage commercial documentation including SLAs, agreements, claims, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Analyze platform data and generate insights to improve product ranking, share of shelf, and market penetration.
• Plan and execute digital banners, assortment promotions, new launches, and campaign strategies on Quick Commerce apps.
• Track performance of paid promotions (Ads, Sponsored Listings) and optimize ROI.
• Support the introduction of new products and SKUs across partner platforms.
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, pricing strategy, and operational policies.
