We're Hiring: Quantum Delay Analyst (Part Time / Full Time ) About the Role: Law Senate is seeking a detail-oriented Quantum Delay Analyst with a strong engineering background to support our team in complex construction and infrastructure arbitration matters. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing project delays, preparing quantum reports, and supporting legal teams in claims and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities: Analyze construction project delays and quantify time and cost impacts. Prepare detailed delay analysis reports and assist in quantum claims. Collaborate with lawyers and technical experts in arbitration and litigation cases. Review project schedules, contracts, correspondence, and site records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Quantum Delay Analyst. Strong command over MS Project, Primavera, and delay analysis methodologies. Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. Legal/arbitration exposure is an added advantage.
