Quantum Delay Analyst

As a Quantum Delay Analyst at Law Senate, your role will involve supporting the team in complex construction and infrastructure arbitration matters. You will be responsible for analyzing project delays, preparing detailed delay analysis reports, and collaborating with legal teams and technical experts in claims and dispute resolution. Your key responsibilities include: - Analyzing construction project delays and quantifying time and cost impacts. - Preparing detailed delay analysis reports and assisting in quantum claims. - Collaborating with lawyers and technical experts in arbitration and litigation cases. - Reviewing project schedules, contracts, correspondence, and site records. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Quantum Delay Analyst with a construction company. - Possess a strong command over MS Project, Primavera, and delay analysis methodologies. - Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills. - Legal/arbitration exposure is considered an added advantage.
