Summary of the Role

As a Quantum Content & Outreach Intern, you will help identify and coordinate global contributors, assist in content curation, and support the publication of SQVERSE Quantum Reports. Success means building strong outreach connections and helping shape the first public wave of SQVERSE editorial releases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential quantum computing authors and researchers.
• Assist the editorial team with submissions and review coordination.
• Manage professional communication via email and LinkedIn.
• Collect updates and insights for SQVERSE’s publishing schedule.
• Join weekly team syncs to align with editorial goals.
• Maintain documentation and author tracking using spreadsheets or Notion.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Curiosity about quantum computing or science communication.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable in remote collaboration.
• (Preferred) Prior writing, outreach, or research experience, or digital marketing.
