Handling client deliverables including QS team who is deployed at site.
Handling Procurement process including Negotiating with bidders.
Experience in Cost X, Auto-CAD.
Bill certification
Preparation of Cost Reports, trackers etc.
Change management
Preparing of closure reports & final account for all packages.
Diploma/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering/ PGDM in Civil engineering.
MRICS will be preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles, Familiarity with industry standards and software
