Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at VMA Architects in Gurugram office. Quantity Surveyor's primary responsibilities include BOQ/ estimate preparation, tender preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will interface with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to manage costs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess expertise in BOQ/ Estimate/ Tender preparation, Cost analysis, comparatives, management & reporting
• Min 7 yrs experience in the construction industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in estimation and measurement tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft office Excel advance or any QS suitable advanced softwares for India industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
