Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Quantity Surveyor Executive. The Quantity Surveyor Executive will be responsible for cost control, cost planning, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost reporting. The role also involves managing and forecasting project costs and ensuring that project costs remain within the budget.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Relevant experience in the interior contracting industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
