• Estimation of the total cost of projects.
• Updation of quadra estimation module with respect to the changes in estimation of project cost.
• Coordinating with the planning department for the plans and estimating the cost accordingly.(except fire fighting, lifts & electrical)
• Estimating the cost of projects for all branches.
• Forwarding the estimated cost to the tendering team.
• Assisting & reporting to Manager Costing & Tendering
• Keeping the records regarding estimation
• Giving updates to the site staff.
• Revision of estimates as per the changes in the drawing/ plan of the project.
• Coordinating with the planning & billing department
• Estimation of different possibilities for material usage
