Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare accurate
BOQs
and quantity take-offs for civil and interior works using
Revit/BIM/AutoCAD

models
and 2D drawings.
Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, specifications, and client requirements to generate detailed cost estimates.
Validate contractor bills, conduct site measurements, and prepare client bills in line with project progress.
Analyze rate quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement support.
Track and manage project budgets, cost variations, and financial progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Maintain billing records, material reconciliation reports, and contract compliance documentation.
Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and technical bid support.
Work closely with BIM modelers and design teams to ensure accuracy of quantities and revisions.
Co-ordination with Architects, consultants & client.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech

/B.Arch.
Minimum 5
+

years

of

experience
in quantity surveying, billing, and costing with focus on
civil and interior projects
.
Proficiency in
Revit
(
BIM)
and
AutoCAD
for model-based quantity take-offs
