Corelating BOQ/Technical specification with other contract documents ,viz. TCC, GFCs, Method statements etc.Key Responsibilities
- Calculation of quantities, scope of works from drawings
- Preparation of BOQ as per available drawings, technical details.
- Preparation of monthly RA Bills in line with site progress , submission and certification from customer.
- Preparation of material reconciliation as per receipt vs executed quantities
- Rate analysis for New/Non-Tendered items preparation/submission/certification from customer as per related CPWD/DSR reference etc.
- Coordination with site team for assessing missed out quantities.
- Correlation of all technical documents ,viz. TCC, Method statements, GFCs, BOQ, IS codes, MoRTH etc.
- Proficiency in written communications thru mails/letters to customers/vendors for making necessary submissions/representations.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in Industrial/Residential Projects with proven records of excellence.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to quickly grasp drawings/technical details for assessing scope
- Knowledge of related IS/MoRTH codes for measurement calculation and certifications
- Knowledge of Daily Schedule of Rates(DSR)/Standard Data Book for rate analysis
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Moderate knowledge of AUTOCAD
Preferred Certifications
- PGP/Masters from NICMAR or equivalent in QS is preferred.
