We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented “Tendering cum Planning Engineer (Civil)” (Graduate)” to join our team and contribute to our operations.

Role Overview

As a “Tendering cum Planning Engineer (Civil)” you will support the bidding of the various govt tenders and planning of the projects from start to end role is ideal for a recent graduate / experience graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in tendering and planning of the project from start to end in a professional environment..

Job Role: Billing Engineer – Building Repair & Retrofitting Works

This is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi, requiring regular travel to various project locations for billing, verification, and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and interpret BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Conduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheets
• Prepare and validate monthly RA (Running Account) bills for all sites
• Verify and cross-check certified RA bills from project locations
• Identify and draft extra items and deviation statements
• Conduct cost estimation and rate analysis
• Prepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthly
• Create and certify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all BOQ items

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in billing/estimation for CPWD or other Government building works
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniques
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Preference:
• Willingness to relocate to South Delhi
• Male candidates only (due to frequent site travel)

Salary & Incentives

₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and capability
