Job Description

Manage billing and cost control operations for projects.
Supervise junior engineers in preparing BOQs, BBS, and rate analysis.
Ensure timely certification and approval of client and contractor bills.
Monitor project costs and financial planning.
Conduct site visits for measurement verification and auditing.
Prepare material and subcontractor purchase requisitions in SAP.
Identify extra work items and prepare rate analysis for variation orders.
Maintain accurate records of material reconciliation and contractor payments.
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP (preferred)
Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or institutional will be must
Good knowledge of construction billing, contracts, and project cost management.
