Quality Residential Inspector (Metrology)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection of materials, metals, and heat-treated components.
• Operate hardness testers, cutting, and drilling tools for material evaluation.
• Handle Hot Molding and Auto-Polishing machines for sample preparation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications.
• Ensure safety compliance while handling and operating testing equipment.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation using MS Office.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metrology.
• 1–4 years of experience in material testing and quality inspection.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of materials, metals, and heat treatment processes.
• Hands-on experience with material testing equipment and inspection tools.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
