Quality Officer (Male)

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect raw materials (e.g., wheat) and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure adherence to food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000). Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehousing teams to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain records of quality control tests, deviations, and corrective actions. Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained as per SOPs. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and accompanying auditors. Conduct employee training on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Tech. 1+ years of experience in a food production environment. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
