Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at TELUS Digital, reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of Complaint Management (QAR) initiated by end-user clients through the Care Access Center. Your primary duties will include: - Managing QAR Complaints, conducting investigations, and engaging with internal stakeholders for issue resolution as necessary. - Prioritizing QARs and tasks effectively to ensure timely resolutions. - Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills while working closely with various service delivery departments within IHS. - Handling multiple competing priorities and managing multiple Quality cases simultaneously. - Participating in regular Quality Management calibration meetings to ensure alignment with quality standards. - Identifying and assessing the impact and dependencies of actions on QAR resolution. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - 2+ years of experience in Call monitoring and Customer Service. - Non Tech Graduate with proficiency in the French Language.
