Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of Complaint Management (QAR) brought forward by end-user clients via the Care Access Center. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recognizing quality trends, understanding impacts and reporting findings related to end-user complaints. - Collaborating with service delivery departments within IHS to ensure thorough investigations and documented resolutions. - Managing QAR Complaints, including investigating case issues and reaching out to internal stakeholders for resolution. - Prioritizing QARs and tasks appropriately. - Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills while working with various service delivery departments within IHS. - Handling multiple competing priorities effectively. - Participating in regular Quality Management calibration meetings. - Identifying and assessing the impact and dependencies of actions and QAR resolutions frequently.
