Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, analysis, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (NABH & NABL).
Develop and implement quality management systems to improve process efficiency and patient care.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure effective communication of quality metrics and performance data to stakeholders.
