Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a rolling mill. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, overseeing quality control processes, and liaising with production teams for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality control processes in the rolling mill operations. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure product and process quality. Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and standards. Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Train and guide production teams on quality practices. Ensure compliance with all quality and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. degree (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3 years in a rolling mill as a Quality Manager or similar role. Good understanding of quality management systems and metallurgical processes in a rolling mill. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
