Manage and control product quality across extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching processes..
Monitor raw material quality (films, inks, adhesives, solvents) and finished goods.
Handle customer complaints, rejections, and claims with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead product safety, GMP, hygiene, and contamination prevention practices.
Oversee in-process inspections, testing, and final product approvals.
Manage quality team, lab testing, and calibration of instruments.
Support new product trials, approvals, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Post-graduate in Engineering / Polymer / Packaging / Chemistry.
5–12 years of experience in flexible packaging quality.
Strong knowledge of printing, lamination defects, material behavior, and quality controls.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
