Job Description

Review of in process, final Inspections details on daily basis for both ONAN Transformer, Dry Type Transformer and inductors.
Ensuring the inspections are carried out as per engineering specification/ customer requirements.
Attending the customer audits and submitting the actions of implementations
Carrying out the internal quality audits as per plan and closer of NCs raised during of audits.
Conducting the MRM meeting as per schedule and follow-up for the actions decided by the management to close the same.
Reviewing of IGI inspections on daily basis.
Monitoring the supplier rejections and ensuring the corrective actions are implemented at supplier place.
Carrying out the supplier audit to verify the Quality system implementation.
Review of parts testing on daily basis and monitoring the test bed rejections.
Attending the CFT meeting to review the in house rejections, customer complaints.
Handling the customer complaints and reviewing and submitting of 8D reports to customers.
Attending the third party audits and deciding, submitting the corrective actions against any NCs or observation raised by the third party (TUV)
Arranging and executing the type test, special tests for transformer, inductors at third party labs.
Reviewing and submitting the FAT test/ heat runt test reports to customers.
Carrying out the customer inspection at our lab and ensuring the parts are passed the customer inspections.
Involving in the parts proto approval and submitting the reports.
Reviewing the improvement projects which are implemented by the inspectors.
Preparations and approval and updated of PFMEA, PFC, CP for proto approved parts.
Preparation of QAP and submitting to customer as per customer requirements.
Ensuring the all inspectors and test inspectors are engaged during working hours.
Arranging and executing the technical training for the all inspectors.
Attending the design review meeting and ensuring the quality, smooth production of parts.
Involving the safety audit at shop floor and office area and ensuring the actions implementations.
