1. Prepare / Set Sales Target for the Financial year
2. Customer Account Management
3. Periodical Customer Visits
4. Front end @ customer level for getting Sales order, order Management, Delivery
5. Identify New Customer through various sales channels, contacts and references
6. Payment follow up
7. Co-ordinate with cross functional team for feasibility, order process, statutory requirements and finally co-ordinate for dispatch
8. Attend customer complaints at the first line and follow up for closure of complaints.
9. Co-ordinate with the cross functional team for customer audits, set up meetings with the concerned personnel.
10.Arrange for third party inspection with external labs as per customer requirements.
