Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards.

Audits & Compliance

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer and certification audits).
• Prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to comply with audit requirements.

Customer Audits

• Manage and participate in customer audits to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
• Act as the point of contact for customer quality-related concerns.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization and quality enhancement.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QMS documentation, process flow charts, standard operating procedures, and quality records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly quality reports for management review.

Industry-Specific Requirements

• Ensure adherence to automotive industry quality standards and customer-specific requirements (CSR).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet QMS objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the

  automotive industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  customer audits, system audits

  , and ISO standards.
• Certifications:

• Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)

• IATF 16949 certification

• Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / IATF)

• Hands-on experience with ISO audits and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
