Quality Lead : Green Proposal

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Oversee the execution of test plans, analyze results, and identify defects. Work closely with package Managers, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. Manage and track defects using bug tracking tools, working with developers to resolve issues. Monitor and report on project quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and assess project risks related to quality and develop mitigation strategies. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Motivate, coach, and mentor QA engineers, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and quality metrics. Show more Show less
