Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards through thorough inspections and documentation. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality production and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
Identify and report defects or non-conformance issues to the production team.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product quality.
Participate in quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
