Quality Inspector I

Quality Control Inspector-II Composites Roles and Responsibilities : Will be involved in day to day Quality activities at Composite manufacturing process, in-process inspection, acceptance and creating test reports and Quality records. Must have skills: Hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes like wet layup ,prepreg layup, bonding, machining, riveting, edge sealing, painting, assembly inspection in In-process and Final inspection. Knowledge on GD&T Knowledge of Non conformance, Route cause corrective actions,fishbone,8D,5Why. Conduct First-Article-Inspection (FAI) and knowledge of AS9102C. Knowledge on AS9100 D and quality documents and records. Basis knowledge on QA standards & tools. Good to have skills: Basic Knowledge on QC tools, FMEA, RCCA .. Understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis and Corrective action. Basic knowledge on Drones and testing related to UAV . Soft Skills – Good written and Verbal communication. Multitasking and ability to work as a team. Zeal to learn and implement. Good work ethics. Continual Improvement approach. Basic Requirement (Education & relevant experience) : Diploma : 3-4yrs
