Job Description

Role Overview: You will be involved in day-to-day Quality activities at Composite manufacturing process, including in-process inspection, acceptance, creating test reports, and maintaining Quality records. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes such as wet layup, prepreg layup, bonding, machining, riveting, edge sealing, painting, assembly inspection in In-process and Final inspection. - Knowledge of GD&T. - Familiarity with Non conformance, Route cause corrective actions, fishbone, 8D, 5Why. - Conduct First-Article-Inspection (FAI) with knowledge of AS9102C. - Knowledge on AS9100 D and quality documents and records. - Basic knowledge on QA standards & tools. - Basic Knowledge on QC tools, FMEA, RCCA. - Understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis, and Corrective action. - Basic knowledge on Drones and testing related to UAV. Qualification Required: - Diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
