You will be responsible for handling day-to-day Quality activities within the Composite manufacturing process, including in-process inspection, acceptance, and the creation of test reports and Quality records. Your key skills should include hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes such as wet layup, prepreg layup, bonding, machining, riveting, edge sealing, painting, and assembly inspection in both In-process and Final inspection. Knowledge of GD&T, Non-conformance, Root cause corrective actions, fishbone, 8D, 5Why, as well as the ability to conduct First-Article-Inspection (FAI) and familiarity with AS9102C are essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of AS9100 D and quality documents and records, along with a basic understanding of QA standards & tools. Desirable skills include basic knowledge of QC tools, FMEA, RCCA, as well as an understanding of Non-conformance, deviation, positive recall, rejections, root cause analysis, Corrective action, and basic knowledge of Drones and testing related to UAV. In terms of soft skills, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team, a strong desire to learn and implement new concepts, good work ethics, and a continual improvement approach. The basic requirement for this role is a Diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.,
