Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet internal and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality inspection tools, documentation, and process auditing. Key Responsibilities:Perform in-process and final inspections of parts and assemblies. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and CMM. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. Handle and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Maintain and update Quality Control documents (QCP, SOP, WI, Check Sheets). Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR). Assist in supplier quality audits and incoming material inspections. Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure 5S and safety practices are followed in the inspection area. Skills Required:Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and GD&T. Proficient in using inspection tools and basic SPC techniques. Good understanding of quality systems and control plans. Experience in using ERP/Quality Management software (preferred). Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Good communication and team collaboration.
