Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Inspector Trainee (On Roll) for the weld shop located in Talegaon MIDC. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality control, assurance, and management inspections on welded components.

Qualifications

• Quality Management and Inspection skills
• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry (Exp. Req. 2-3 years)
• knowledge of welding and stamping process ( Spot welding ,tucker welding ,clinching, MIG weld etc )
• Knowledge of gauges & instrument like Vernier caliper ,micrometer, torque wrench, TPG, TRG, Taper scale, Panel checker, Etc.
• Handling shift independently and ready to work in all three Shift .
• Knowledge of Basic document ,like inspection report ,4M, Skill matrix, Redbin analysis etc .
• Knowledge of all welding defects and welding test like carbon test ,nuggest test ,penetration test etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Quality inspection certification is a plus
• Diploma in Mechanical
