Job Title: Head – Quality
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
Reports To: VP – Projects/Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Quality professional to lead our QA/QC function and drive excellence across all residential and commercial projects. The Quality Head will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and embedding a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, RERA guidelines, NBC, and company quality standards.
• Define and monitor quality control processes for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and material testing to ensure defect-free construction.
• Establish corrective and preventive action plans for non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to integrate quality into project execution.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, sustainable, and defect-free homes.
• Build and manage a quality team, providing training and guidance on QA/QC processes.
• Track quality KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present quality performance to management.
• Promote lean construction practices and cost-effective quality solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction Management preferred).
• Minimum 12–15 years of proven QA/QC experience in large-scale real estate/construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, IS codes, RERA guidelines, and MEP quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in implementing ISO and QMS frameworks.
• Exposure to sustainable construction practices and modern quality tools.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
• PMP / QC-related certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
