Location: Kulgachia, Uluberia

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Quality Head to lead our client's quality management efforts in the manhole cover industry. As a Quality Head, you'll be responsible for:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant standards (ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, IATF 16949).

2. Leading internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.

3. Defining quality KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting, analysis, and improvement.

4. Driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality in all operations.

6. Managing quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product evaluation.

7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

8. Leading, training, and mentoring the Quality team to enhance technical capabilities and leadership skills.

9. Serving as the key point of contact for quality-related matters with customers and regulatory bodies.

10. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging quality practices.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management

- Strong knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, IATF 16949)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
