Job Title: Quality Executive – Handmade Carpets

Location: Agra, India

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect handmade carpets at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify weaving, finishing, dyeing, and material defects and suggest corrective actions.

• Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure consistency in design, size, and finishing.

• Ensure compliance with company standards before dispatch/export.

• Provide feedback to improve overall quality and reduce rejection rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality control (experience in carpets/textiles preferred).

• Strong eye for detail and understanding of quality standards.

• Knowledge of handmade carpet production processes will be an advantage.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
