Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of PEB components during manufacturing, including raw material inspection, fabrication quality checks, welding inspection, surface preparation, and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming raw materials (steel plates, coils, sections, bolts).
Monitor fabrication processes: cutting, welding, drilling, assembly.
Perform visual weld inspection and coordinate NDT tests (DPT/UT).
Check dimensions and tolerances as per fabrication drawings.
Inspect shot-blasting, painting, and DFT (coating thickness).
Prepare QC reports, NCRs, and maintain traceability.
Inspect finished components before dispatch.
Ensure compliance with company QA/QC standards and ISO requirements.

Skills Required

Knowledge of PEB manufacturing process.
Ability to read fabrication/structural drawings.
Welding inspection & NDT knowledge.
Familiar with inspection tools (V-gauge, Vernier, DFT meter, etc.).
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
