Maintain proper records, test reports, and documentation. Monitor hygiene and sanitation in the production area. Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science . Freshers are welcome (Male candidates preferred). Knowledge of basic laboratory practices , food safety standards , and ISO/HACCP will be an added advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills.
