Key Responsibilities: Design and Planning: Developing architectural designs, including master plans, conceptual designs, and working drawings. Skills and Qualifications: Architectural Design: Strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques. Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with building materials, construction methods, and building codes. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with a team. Project Management: Ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Project Management: Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Collaboration: Working with clients, project managers, consultants, and contractors. Technical Guidance: Providing technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations. Site Supervision: Overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Drawing Preparation: Creating architectural drawings, including site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details. Cost Planning: Preparing cost plans and advising on construction costs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
